Stuffed Bell Peppers


“Such a delicious and quick lunch on a Saturday Afternoon. One will fill me up”

Ingredients you will need:

4 large Green Bell peppers, 1lb ground turkey (as used in these) or ground beef, 1/2 white onion,3 cups of white rice, and as much mozzarella cheese as you’d like


Wash bell peppers well. Cut off the top, and hollow out the seeds and guts. LOL. Cook the meat of your choice, adding the onions to the pan. Cook your rice. Now here’s a little tip, I always add my peppers into a cupcake pan, peppers hold so well! Start stuffing those suckers, layering meat, rice, cheese and so on. Sprinkle cheese on top, rub a little of olive oil around of the peppers for an added crunch. Bake at 475 for 15 minutes. WA LAH!
