“A staple in my house. My husband Jeremy, our Son Zachary, and My Dad Carl, go cray cray for this”
Ingredients you will need:
1 pack of chicken legs, white rice, Tater Tots (See teeter tot casserole in previous blog), 3 cups of Bisquick, 4 Cups of Flour, 4 cups crushed Corn flakes, (yes as in the cereal),2 tbsp chili powder flakes and 3 dashes of Louisana Hot Sauce, 4 eggs, 2 cups of milk, broccoli.
Make an egg,hot sauce and milk wash in a separate bowl. Mix corn flakes, flour, sal,t pepper, and chili powder flakes in another bowl. Dredge chicken in the wash, then add to flour mixture, then back to the wash, and back to the flour. Wear gloves while doing this, or you will end up with gunky fingers. Fry in your choice of oil, pretty self explanatory if you know how to fry chicken. Prepare your rice and give the broccoli a steam bath. Now, I’m cheap, I use the biscuit recipe on the back of the Bisquick Box LOL! So make those biscuits and always add honey to them once their done. The “Teeter tot casserole” recipe is posted down there somewhere in this blog. Anyways, drain the chicken on a paper towel, and there ya have it! A meal to fill up the bellies of your family!
